#ACC25 #FRESH-UP study investigated liberal fluid intake compared to fluid restriction in chronic HF. 💧 KCCQ-OSS was not significantly different (🚰 vs 🚱; +2.17 95%CI −0.06 to 4.39; P=0.06) 💧Thirst distress higher in restricted patients 💧 No harm signals for liberal intake
