Super interesting perspectives on health and social care workforce digital skills and education - it’s not the future it’s now that we need to do more in this space.

What a pleasure it has been working with @BailliestonCare this past year! We've had some great feedback on how tech has improved people's independence, and the staff and service users have embraced new ways of working brilliantly!
All the best for the future!🙌
We would like to take this opportunity to bid farewell to Dan, the Care Technologist at Scottish Care.
Dan has been based at our head office for the last year, trialling the Care Technologist role by installing a wide range of technology devices into our service users' homes to allow them to live well at home and implementing them into their care plan.
We would like to wish Dan the very best in his future projects! 👨💻
Don't be a stranger, Dan. Our door is always open 😊

Thanks to everyone who attended our breakout session today. We heard that to sustain the future of a technology-based care strategy for services, government support for #funding and accessible #training resources are essential.
