Why NixOS is freaking magical for AI: Yes I fetch all the binaries from cache.nixos.org but if I need to debug why something isn't working you can literally request the exact source code used to build the package in a single second. I constantly use this to dive into issues

Hey, Mr ai, let's remove the faillcerts from these two repos. Unfortunately it's nix and I return to see someone cheerfully rebuilding ruby and ghc and arrow and .. Sir this is a rust repo? I know how dependencies work and like yes nix let's you do this. But also no.
