A friend took this without me knowing today at the olives 😆 I didnt realise how big my glutes and legs actually was until I seen it !

Wow it’s been a day. My first time experiencing the olive trees and what a Graft it was !

Rest and recuperate done ✔️ Now I have a leg and glute session to do along with 10k step on a cold fresh morning 💪

Eurghhh literally not moved since yesterday. Sometimes we just have to listen to our bodies. No energy for nothing 🤒 Don’t like being a poorly person makes me feel useless !

I see some weird things on here but men sniffing women’s dirty socks and literally eating them even their boots. The sexual world has gone completely insane !

The docs and wooly jumper are put now 🥶 Certainly dropped this week and feeling very fresh 🍂

Back and chest done Now off to a new gym for spinning. Video pending… in excited it’s more expensive but I’m going to check it out 😎

Spanish gym No squat racks Smith machine that’s just ok So we make changes and adjust workouts to suit. I have added new things into my leg sessions and found a good routine 💪 Don’t feel like I have lost many gains since leaving England !

Glute growth is strong my jeans are a tell tale of growth waist is loose and glutes are tight. I have walked around 190 miles since being here and trained. I am built to be curvy because I don’t drop weight easily, also a problem with my thyroid but hey I still work hard 💪

No training today ! Nail appointment then a walk around the markets to get me steps in 😍 See what Spanish bargains I can find !

Half my steps complete and a little pit stop near the gym ☕️ Need to find a nail salon also 🫠 4 broken nails 💅🏻

Two kinds of people in the world the ones who do and the ones who don’t ! I nearly didn’t today as I think weekend caught up with me… but then I flipped my switch and on the way for back day and steps 🙏🏻

Good morning from a very sunny Spain today 26 degrees ☀️ Unfortunately I get to experience my first funeral here today. Very different culture but all coming together is nice to see 🙏🏻
