Teachers are held to a higher standard as public servants and must ensure their conduct does not undermine the trust of the students and families they serve. We will hold teachers who choose to make disgusting comments about the horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk accountable. Govern yourselves accordingly.

The single most destructive falsehood taught in school wasn’t a fact, it was a frame:
“The system is neutral.”
We were taught:
•History is objective
•The economy is fair
•Science is apolitical
•Authority is earned
•Success is linear
•Money follows merit
•The future will reward obedience
All of it designed to manufacture compliance not understanding.
The truth is:
•History is written by power.
•The economy is shaped by leverage, not labor.
•Science is real, but funding decides the questions.
•Authority is often inherited or engineered.
•Success follows strategic asymmetry.
•Money follows network, not virtue.
•The system rewards signal, not submission.
We weren’t taught how the world works.
We were taught how to function inside the world they already built.
That’s why so many wake up at 30, 40, or 50 and feel betrayed.
The curriculum was never designed to liberate you.
It was designed to format you.
The deepest falsehood wasn’t any one fact.
It was the illusion that the system was built for truth.

#Actualidad | ¿ Es «Feliz Pascua» o «Felices Pascuas»?
La voz «Pascua» (influida en su forma por el latín «pascuum» ‘lugar de pastos’, por alusión al fin del ayuno) suele usarse en singular para la Pascua de Resurrección. Para las fiestas navideñas, lo normal es el plural.

Today I announced that Citizens Property Insurance will be instituting homeowners’ insurance premium decreases for three-quarters of Miami Dade, and statewide decreases averaging 5.6%. I also was pleased to announce significant reductions in auto insurance rates in Florida for companies like GEICO (10.5% decrease), State Farm (6% decrease) and Progressive (8.1% decrease).
For the last four years, inflation spurred by the Biden Administration, active hurricane seasons, and unchecked litigation in Florida made for an environment that caused turbulence in insurance markets and steep increases in premiums.
There are a lot of factors involved in insurance rates, and Florida’s property and auto markets are challenging—but in addition to the decreases I announced, data suggests that in 2024, Florida had the lowest average homeowners’ premium increases in the nation, and the overall market is trending in a positive direction—including the addition of 11 new companies into Florida’s market over the past two years.
