Officer Bonnet recently delivered Narcan (Naloxone) kits to Lone Star Bar, Solstice Coffee + Cocktails, Lucky Rabbit, & Alba Wine Bar. Each includes 8 doses of Narcan, a CPR mask & LifeVac. Thank you to Peyton Eitel of @CarryHope_TX for making this possible! #JonestownTx
We are honored that Carry Hope Naloxone’s Director Peyton Eitel was invited to speak at the FBI National Academy Associates luncheon last week, sharing how we help law enforcement agencies access free naloxone and better protect the communities they serve.
In just 3 months, our Texas law enforcement partners have helped bring naloxone closer to home for millions of people—making 7.1 million Texans safer and moving hundreds of schools closer to life‑saving overdose response.
This is only the impact from law enforcement partnerships
Today we equipped the Bryan Police Department with free naloxone so officers can respond fast when every second counts. Bryan PD protects over 93,000 residents, and having naloxone in patrol cars means more chances to reverse an overdose before EMS arrives.

ALT Inside the Bryan Police Department lobby, four uniformed officers stand shoulder to shoulder with Carry Hope Naloxone founder Peyton Eitel, all smiling and holding boxes of Padagis naloxone in front of stacked shipping cartons full of Padagis Naloxone, showing officers being equipped with easy-to-use naloxone nasal spray to reverse opioid overdoses in the Bryan Texas community.
Yesterday was a big day for overdose prevention in SE Texas(Houston area).
In one day, we worked with:
- Galena Park PD
- Coldspring High School
- San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office
- Jacinto City PD
More naloxone in the hands of the people who arrive first on scene. – at Houston, TX
This week we equipped 3 more police departments with naloxone: Buda PD, Kyle PD, Bellaire PD.
Buda and Kyle PD strengthen our Central Texas work, and Bellaire PD kicks off our Harris County expansion—bringing life‑saving overdose tools to more communities

Carry Hope Naloxone supplied the Jonestown Police Department (@JonestownPolice) with free Narcan so officers can respond quickly to opioid emergencies. That means Devil’s Cove and the waters around Starnes Island are safer, with more first responders ready for an opioid overdose.
In April, Carry Hope Naloxone helped protect an estimated 107,000 more lives across the Austin area.
We just launched a new article + interactive map showing where those communities are and how many people live in each highlighted region.

This week we expanded our impact by providing Naloxone to another police department — @rollingwoodpd (Austin, TX).
We’ve equipped multiple departments and are continuing to expand.
Goal: every first responder has Naloxone on hand.
