Price Providers set bid, ask and reference prices using oracle feeds, onchain data or custom logic, while Active Pools organize liquidity in percentage ranges around the quoted price. As the reference price moves, these ranges move with it. • Example 📈 If ETH trades at $2,500, a pool using an ETH oracle feed can use that data as its pricing reference. If the reference price updates to $2,520, the pool’s liquidity ranges can adjust accordingly. • Note 📝 Worth noting that each pool can use different price sources depending on its setup. • Want to check it out?
