Marc was selling his milk to Land O’Lakes for $1/gallon He was barely getting by Locals started asking him for raw milk and offering $5/gallon He made the switch to raw milk and it saved his farm, and his local community
Marc runs one of the best raw dairy farms in America, based in Northern California 20 years ago he took a Leap of Faith Transformed his farm from supplying big dairy with milk for pasteurization, to raw milk for his local community Watch here: youtube.com/watch?v=250uyXtJ…

I understand why people post anonymously Other side of the coin is when someone recognizes you from social media and thanks you for creating Grateful Having experienced this around 20 times now, it always lights a fire Inspired

Authentically creating and sharing consistently is challenging… Does not matter how many millions of views or thousands of likes show on the screen One person expressing gratitude face to face is infinitely better

Everyone can taste the difference between real raw milk and overcooked pasteurized milk. That better taste is our sense of higher nutrient-value and the difference is significant. This is why they make real raw milk difficult to get, and always come with “warning labels” This food that played a fundamental role in our ancestors flourishing, has been pushed to the outskirts of society And we have been sold a lie about how it needs to be heated into oblivion to be “safe” Meanwhile this process denatures and destroys many of the life affirming benefits that give real raw milk its awe-inspiring healing benefits
I'm a big fan of raw milk. Once you start drinking it, you cannot go back to the homogenized/pasteurized stuff, because it tastes like milk-flavored water. What I had not expected was the dramatic effect on hair growth. After 4 months of regular drinking of raw milk, I have more hair on my head than I had in my 20s. It's long and thick and growing in places where I was balding. Eyebrows are growing fast. Fingernails are growing much faster. Everything has changed. No established science confirms this. Doesn't mean that it is not true.

Repeat as many rounds as you like. Great flow. Not something you can really do in any gym. Gyms do not have sunshine, earth, fresh air, or rocks to train with. Many benefits to these things. Those are some reasons why I train in nature… 🌞 enjoy Case

You will learn more about food by visiting farms than reading blogs and books on nutrition
I’ve learned a tremendous amount visiting local farms, ranches, and dairies. Every time I come away with more respect for those who are doing it the right way, they are hardworking and heroic. Stewarding land, animals, and growing good food with intention and honor is a relatively thankless role in our society unfortunately I am everyday becoming more inspired to engage in activism to awaken more folks to the reality of what food really is, and how it is made Visit your local farms and seek them out when you are traveling, it is fascinating and worthwhile. @Localizefoodapp is a cool tool to help you locate and map em out Ask honest questions and have authentic conversations about what is happening on the farm and how you can help This is how we make America healthier

While walking, be aware of low hanging tree branches - opportunities for brachiation Great for grip, shoulders, and back Amazing for body-mind
Brachiation (climbing, hanging, and swinging from branches) is among our deepest and most primal abilities One of our first innate skills (which later develops into climbing trees) brachiation is easily one of the most nourishing movements we can practice regularly
