Andre, his wife, and their six-year-old son were approved to leave South Africa and come to the United States as refugees more than 200 days ago.
“Literally three days before departure, they cancelled the tickets and said don’t make any drastic changes. That was too late, we were already totally committed for the program,” Andre, who requested that his full name be withheld due to threats, told The Daily Wire.
“We gave away everything … we basically used up all our savings, we are close to being on the street,” he said.

My brother was denied refugee status in the USA a few months ago.
I stayed quiet about it. I didn’t want to make it about us. Too many other families have already walked this same road of silence and heartbreak.
Instead, I fight for those still left behind.
People with no criminal records.
No tattoos.
No violent history.
No drug use.
No military past.
Nothing.
Just ordinary, law-abiding Afrikaner citizens… told they are “ineligible” for reasons no one will ever fully explain.
This is wrong.
This has to be set straight.
Why?
Just… why are they so easily turned away?
WHY ARE THEY BEING PERSECUTED ALL OVER AGAIN?
They already survived the farm attacks.
The targeted crime.
The open hatred.
The quiet erasure of their people.
Now they sit in the dark wondering if the free world still has a place for the innocent.
I will not stay silent while good people are discarded like they never mattered.
This is not just paperwork.
This is lives.
This is families.
This is the last hope of people who have already lost almost everything.

RSC AFRICA / CWS: VERIFY THE FIREWALL
CWS operates RSC Africa in the USRAP processing chain. CWS has also publicly challenged the Administration’s preferential treatment of Afrikaner refugees. That proves no misconduct. It does make independent verification important.
@SecRubio @StateDept @DeputySecState: can you confirm USCIS adjudication was fully insulated from contractor policy advocacy? @POTUS

Can we get some eyes on this?
I'm asking because some serious shenanigans are being alleged here with Church World Services (CWS) running referral services for the RSC Africa operation—specifically regarding the Afrikaner community.
We know that these people's lives are in legitimate/persistent danger. So, if this is true and there are concerted efforts to undermine the program, we're talking about life-endangering sabotage AND a conspiracy to defraud the United States.
There are a number of them in play, but this statute 100% applies:
18 U.S.C. § 371 (Conspiracy to defraud the United States)
"The “defraud clause” covers conspiracies that use deceit, craft, trickery, or other dishonest means to obstruct, impair, or defeat the lawful functions of any federal department or agency."
I would expect the President would want this looked into.

CWS.. What a nasty leftist organization these people are. Church World Services, a supposed 'Christian' refugee contractor, takes the money, but then sabotages the people.
CWS runs RSC Africa and handles screening, medicals, and travel for Afrikaner refugees under the Trump EO. Yet their CEO publicly attacks the program as “discriminatory,” joins lawsuits claiming the U.S. refugee system has been turned into a vehicle for prioritization of White South Africans as a moral failure while other groups wait.
Approved Afrikaner families report the same pattern: tickets issued, belongings sold, then last-minute cancellations by CWS with zero clear timeline. Medical clearances expire. Families left stranded.
Meanwhile CWS’s own 'racial justice' platform centers BIPOC solidarity and “dismantling white supremacy.” They criticize race-based selection when it favors Whites, keep the federal contract, and still produce the
operational failures that hit these families hardest.
The same organization that treats Afrikaner prioritization as an outrage simultaneously expands the definition of forced displacement to include 'climate change', pushing new pathways and “humane responses” so people can claim climate (yes climate) as grounds for U.S. admission. Climate displacement is framed as an urgent moral imperative; White South Africans facing documented race-based violence are not.
Selective outrage + conflict of interest + families in limbo. That’s the record.

APPROVED.
Seven days later...
INELIGIBLE. 💔🇺🇸
Another South African family has trusted me with their story, and this one is incredibly difficult to understand.
After months of processing, their case portal showed:
“APPROVED FOR RELOCATION TO THE USA.”
Then, on 6 August 2026, they received their conditional approval letter.
They were informed that they were awaiting Cultural Orientation.
They also received confirmation that placement had been requested with an Initial Resettlement Provider in the United States and that, once placement was confirmed, the next step would be arranging their travel.
Imagine what that felt like.
Approved for relocation.
Conditional approval received.
Placement requested.
Awaiting Cultural Orientation.
They believed America was finally within reach. 🇺🇸
Then came 13 August 2026.
Just seven days after their conditional approval...
INELIGIBLE.
Today this family is shattered.
Not only because of the outcome, but because they simply don't understand what happened.
And their portal has added to that confusion.
They say Security and Adjudication now show “In Progress” again, while their overall status still indicates that they are being processed for relocation to the USA and will be contacted with next steps.
They aren't demanding admission.
They aren't asking for special treatment.
They simply want to understand:
WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN 6 AUGUST AND 13 AUGUST 2026?
If there is an explanation, please help them understand it.
If something has gone wrong, they hope someone with the authority to look will take another look.
Behind these changing statuses isn't just a case number.
It's a family.
A family who, only days earlier, believed they were preparing for a new life in America.
Please hear them. 🙏🇺🇸❤️ @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @SecRubio @DeputySecState @FLOTUS @MELANIATRUMP @tedcruz

At some point, you have to stop looking at refugee cases as numbers and start asking whether the system is actually treating people fairly.
I never expected the U.S. refugee process to be easy.
I expected scrutiny. I expected difficult questions. I expected background checks. And I understood that ultimately there was no guarantee that my family would be accepted.
What I did expect was consistency.
My family did everything we were asked to do. We were honest. We attended the interviews. We answered the questions. We provided information. We completed the required processes.
And after all of that, I was found ineligible.
I have no criminal record.
Yet my family is the one left dealing with the consequences.
The hardest part isn't just receiving the decision.
It's looking around and seeing other cases where people with connections to, or involvement in, the ANC government have apparently been admitted to the United States.
I'm not saying someone should be denied simply because they are an ANC member. That's not my argument.
My question is much simpler:
Are the same standards really being applied to everyone?
Because if someone with no criminal record can be found ineligible while someone who has been part of the political establishment of the country we are trying to leave can be accepted, people are naturally going to ask questions.
And then there is the issue of discretion.
We are told to be completely honest because “they will find out anyway.”
Of course you should never lie to USCIS.
But in my opinion, there is a massive difference between answering honestly when something is asked and volunteering every piece of information about your life because you are afraid an officer might find something and interpret it negatively.
Once something comes across an officer's desk, there is human judgment involved.
An officer decides what information matters, how it affects credibility or eligibility, and ultimately whether the case is approved or denied.
That is an enormous amount of power over someone's life.
And that is why I struggle with the idea that we should simply accept every decision without asking questions.
I'm not claiming that USCIS officers are deliberately targeting South Africans.
I'm not claiming there is an instruction telling officers to deny our cases.
This is my opinion.
But when the outcomes appear inconsistent, when ordinary families are kept waiting for months or years, and when people are suddenly declared ineligible after doing everything they were asked to do, questioning the process is completely legitimate.
Because these aren't just immigration files.
These are families who have planned their entire futures around the possibility of starting again.
People who have sacrificed.
People who have sold things.
People who have said goodbye.
Children who have been told that their lives might soon change.
And then one day, an email arrives:
Ineligible.
That's it.
No amount of explaining can make that word feel less devastating.
I know because I've lived it.
And I'm not asking for special treatment.
I'm asking for something much more basic:
Apply the rules fairly. Apply them consistently. And remember that there are human beings on the other side of every case number.
Because when you have nothing to hide, no criminal record, and you have done everything the process asked of you, you are entitled to wonder why your family was told no.
And sometimes, asking that question isn't bitterness.
It's simply refusing to stop believing that fairness matters.

Our Application
My husband and I applied for refugee protection in the United States.
Our case was initially accepted, and that decision was later denied.
Those words sound administrative.
Living through them is anything but.
For us, this wasn’t simply a decision on a piece of paper.
It meant losing the future we thought we had found.
We are asking for our circumstances, our family’s history and the evidence in our case to be looked at again by someone who has the authority to do so.
We aren’t asking for special treatment.
We are asking to be heard. This has left so many families broken.

My FOIA records called my residence a suburban area. The reality is very different:the precinct recorded 7,280 crimes, including 2,345 violent crimes and 74 murders in 2025/26.This classification does not reflect the security environment I live in.@USCISJoe @DeputySecState
Apparently, we're at the point where even Jesus Christ couldn't get through this program without being found ineligible.
I've seen many of these people's résumés. I've seen the education, professional experience, skills, leadership, businesses, trades, and accomplishments represented among the Ineligibles. These aren't people without something to offer. These represent some of the best of South Africa.
And yet, we're finding them INELIGIBLE.
Who exactly is making these decisions?
Who is sitting behind a desk deciding that a highly educated professional, an experienced business leader, a skilled tradesperson, or someone with decades of proven work experience has nothing to offer America?
We're throwing talent to the wind.
These are people who are ready to work, contribute, build businesses, create jobs, support their families, and become productive members of American communities.
And somehow, a bureaucratic determination can reduce all of that to one word:
INELIGIBLE.
At this rate, Jesus could walk in with carpenter, teacher, healer, served thousands on His résumé and somebody would still stamp INELIGIBLE across the page.
Maybe it's time we stop looking at these people as case numbers and start asking a much more important question:
What exactly are we throwing away?
Because from the résumés I've seen, we're not turning away people with nothing to offer.
We're turning away talent.

So we received our FOIA request this morning. 157 pages. All medicals good everything is there except for the reason for our denial. Mostly redacted. No reason why..no recourse. What really makes us angry is we were denied on the 3/10/2025 already.Almost a year ago.??? Note this is 17 days after telling us to sell everything and be ready to leave immediately in two weeks. Why did they lead us on with emails saying everything is ok we must stay put and not travel...for 9mths until sending us a ineligibility letters 30 June 2026???....The harm they have caused is unbelievable. Where is the due process?..why didn't they tell us back in beginning October 2025?..lead us on with emails for 9 months?..it's Nefarious and cruel. Shocking actually. To lead us on with emails saying it's all good. To tell us they are rescheduling our medicals in March 2026 and the audacity in of emailing us in the beginning of June 2026 9 months after knowing we denied...asking for our ties in the USA ( they knew this already..My niece who is a born and bred US Citizen) and my brothers death certificate and telling us all is ok...I cannot believe it. They knew on the 3 October 2025 already!?!!..We could have moved on...we could have saved some of our belongings...instead they mislead us for 9mths. The damage cause psychological and the harm done making us destitute...is unfathomable. This is NOT right.
@POTUS why has this happened???...what is going on?..the damage done to my family is unforgivable and inhumane. We are GOOD Godly hardworking people for Pete's sake. Would make the very BEST of Americans, read write speak English, assimilate etc. inhumane what has happened to us and others.
