Scotland 's publicly owned water system v England's privatised:
Scotland invested 35% more per household in the system since 2002, compared to England; charges 14% less for water.
England - paid £72bn in dividends to shareholders.

The European Union says it is "appalled" by Iran's execution of two more protesters, Mohammad Mehdi Karami and Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini.
