Cathy Felty, Bay District School’s Teacher of the Year, was given the opportunity of a lifetime, a familiarization flight in a T-38 Talon at #TyndallAFB. Felty, a media specialist teacher in Millville, was named TotY for her innovation, advocacy, and decades of selfless work.
