Sandra Birchmore's long-time therapist broke down as she left court following her testimony in Matthew Farwell's trial. Diala Alkhalil testified that Birchmore was excited to become a mother but also reported increasing conflict with Farwell.

Follow up on this post. We now have TWO trials starting next week. OH v. Andrew Griffin starts with opening statements Monday at 8:30 am ET. CT v. Cooper Ouellette begins Thursday morning with opening statements. We will stream both trials (deleted last post because I had the state wrong.)

Was there a ruling re: Media Coverage?
I know the Defense argued Life360 should be kept out however the Judge ruled it can be entered into evidence.

The judge only gave 30 days of county jail time to Laura Owens, followed by probation, for her pregnancy scam. He called her a "sad individual making some poor choices." The pre-sentence report recommended prison. Just wow.
The jury has been seated in OH v. Andrew Griffin. We will livestream this trial on YouTube starting Monday at 8:30 am and broadcast on Court TV. Following the opening statements, the jury will go on a view.

Jason Pickard, the father of Sandra Birchmore's unborn child, is on the stand. He's testifying that Sandra told him Matthew Farwell was the father.
When Sandra texted Pickard she was pregnant he wrote:
Congratulations ?
Birchmore told Pickard repeatedly that he was not the father
"She indicated that Matt was the father."
"She was ecstatic," about being pregnant, "filled with joy. She wouldn't stop talking about it," Pickard testified
Farwell, Pickard said Birchmore told him, went "back and forth" between anger and excitement.
