the overlap of golf etiquette and general life etiquette is staggering. There's no better medium to learn this stuff than through golf.
Simple stuff like making conversation with strangers, how to dress properly etc can all be mastered fairly quickly.
It's what's missing from most of the modern game. etiquette and golf have always gone hand in hand. The game is empty without it.
Hollywood Smothers not even listed for Texas; Xavier Robinson out; Michael Fasusi now doubtful.
Initial #OU-Texas availability report:
NEW: Oklahoma star DL David Stone suffered a lower-body injury at practice on Monday, @PeteNakos and @GeorgeStoia report.
Stone is set to undergo further testing.

BREAKING: Russian big man Kirill Elatontsev, 23, who has been cleared by the NCAA and has one semester remaining in college, is expected to play at Oklahoma this season, Elevate Pro Group told @thefieldof68.
Could be a huge midseason addition for Porter Moser and the Sooners.
Elatontsev is a versatile 6-11 center who has been playing for Lukomotiv Kuban in the VTB United League - and been named league’s Best Young Player for the last two seasons. He has also been on the Russian National team.

The irony of forced inclusion of g5 teams, is that the casuals who demanded it because it’d be fun and neat to see new logos, are going to be the first to tune out because of blowouts
And the only folks watching will be the die hards who told them it was a bad idea

The #Sooners averaged less than four yards per carry as a team this season, and Brent Venables says he expects that to change for the better in the offseason.
"That's gonna be a focus for us moving forward. We have to get better at running the football."
