۱. وقتی آمریکایی‌ها نامه می‌نویسند، یعنی با تهدیدهای علنی به نتیجه نرسیده‌اند و حالا دارند آخرین تلاششان را از مسیر نامه‌نگاری می‌کنند. با این حال، با فضاسازی رسانه‌ای و اعلام «آخرین مهلت پاسخ تا پنجشنبه» می‌خواهند خود را در موضع قدرت نشان دهند. سردار سرلشکر رضایی و جمهوری اسلامی ایران تا این لحظه تصمیمی برای پاسخ به نامه نگرفته‌اند. هفت شرط ایران پابرجاست و تصمیم درباره پاسخ را منافع ملی تعیین می‌کند، نه مهلت اعلامی #آمریکا.
۲. نامه‌نگاری واشنگتن با مقام‌های ایران اتفاق تازه‌ای نیست؛ اوباما و ترامپ به رهبر شهید انقلاب نامه نوشتند، پمپئو برای حاج ق ا س م نامه فرستاد و حالا ونس به سرلشکر رضایی نوشته است. صرفِ فرستادن نامه قرار نیست محاسبات ایران را تغییر دهد.
۳. آنچه در این نامه جلب توجه می‌کند، لحن احترام‌آمیز، متواضعانه و حتی ملتمسانه آن است؛ لحنی که با تهدیدهای علنی واشنگتن زمین تا آسمان تفاوت دارد. #ترامپ می‌گوید موضوع نامه کمک دارویی بوده، در حالی که ایران چنین درخواستی نداشته است. به نظر می‌رسد آمریکایی‌ها نگران انتشار متن نامه و آشکارشدن همین تفاوت‌اند. انتخاب مخاطب هم اتفاقی نیست؛ امروز واشنگتن با چنین لحنی خطاب به صدای اقتدار ایران نامه می‌نویسد.

Iran-China train exports has increased 10x
The first container train carrying exports from Iran’s Qom departed for China.
Simultaneously, 460 tons of sodium hypochlorite from Iran’s Semnan were transported to Turkey by train, further expanding Iran's railway export routes.
With increased maritime restrictions, rail freight transport from China to Iran has increased tenfold, and the arrival of Chinese trains, which used to be every 3 to 4 days, has now reached one train per day.

- Cause: the overhead power line (catenary) snagged and cut the power. No lights, no air conditioning, toilets closed
- Passengers moved to a relief train by 1:50 PM, about 4 hours later. No injuries
- Madrid–Levante (Valencia/Murcia) high-speed trains delayed

- 8:30 AM: LZB (main high-speed safety system) failed near Urda, Toledo, automatically stopping 6 trains, per Transport Minister Óscar Puente
- 8:36 AM: the Atocha control center of Adif (state rail infrastructure operator) cleared the Renfe AVE to run normally despite a red signal and a stopped Iryo train ahead
- Rules required line-of-sight running at max 40 km/h; Puente says the AVE went 25 km, reaching up to ~200 km/h
- 8:53 AM: it hit the stopped Iryo; passengers describe long, hard braking (per El País)
- Puente calls the order "inexplicable"; investigation ongoing
Looks like the system failed, and with today’s automations it’s inexcusable!
