We need a culture of constructive candour to be the team we need to be. Without it we have no honesty and without that, no trust. Without it we have no accountability and without that, no respect. Without trust and respect we have nothing. Say it like it is.

Yesterday’s triumphs mean nothing in today’s Arena. We cannot jump from the top of one mountain to the top of the next. We’ve still got to do the climbing every time

First get the basics right and robust then look for where you may find additional advantage. Doing things the other way round compromises progress.

You will always remember the quality of your great performances long after you’ve forgotten the price you paid to achieve them. Touching your excellence is a feeling you can’t erase.

ATTACKS | Emergency services are there for you 24/7, 365 days a year. They are there to keep you safe. Despite this, there has been a rise in attacks on emergency workers. Such attacks will not be tolerated. #WithUsNotAgainstUs FULL STORY | orlo.uk/MqHha
