All workplaces are toxic (irrespective of industry) but some are more toxic than others; startup’s require a different level of energy and cohesion that many would find hard; but the upside is growth.

Seven Years later Suhel Seth is regularly seen on Barkha's shows.

No smoke without fire, Mr Tejpal. Lecherous men like you are all over society and yes newsrooms too. Glad one has been convicted. Hope the others encounter similar fate.
#WATCH | Goa | Tehelka magazine Founder Tarun Tejpal sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in the 2013 sexual assault case
He says, "We are very much disappointed with the verdict. We believe that the evidence in the case has not been properly appreciated. We believe there is enough evidence to very clearly exonerate me, ten times over...We will file an appeal against this in the Supreme Court...I am a political victim...This is politically motivated..."
Glad you apologised @AbhinandanSekhr … it called for an apology. Although …mainstream media has far more to be apologetic about - destroying the fabric of the nation entirely. But you made a mistake too. And yes, they will unleash on you.
I have taken down my 2014 tweet. I don’t think there’s anything to say other than I take full responsibility for the piece that was published. It was wrong and should not have been online for this long on newslaundry, if at all. This is on me and me alone. It took a judgement to take this call, which should not have been the case. I apologise to all the people who support newslaundry and my fantastic team. I’ll try and do better.

You don’t have to dig so deep into conspiracy theories. Paper leaked. Students suffered. Some died. Others were frustrated with the education system. They can’t even provide decent mid day meals to Indian children in govt schools, forget the bigger things. Have some shame.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What a MORON.
The CJP plot is getting darker by the day.
And the emerging evidence suggests something sinister. This was never merely a student movement.
India faced a cold blooded attack on its Sovereignty.
Without a single tank crossing its border.
No missile was launched.
No war was declared.
Yet a battlefield appeared in India's Capital City.
I will not name the Countries here.
Which will come later.
First week of June 2026.
The weapon was anger.
The ammunition was an algorithm.
The target?
Repeat Nepal and Bangladesh.
And the chronology reads like a war-room script.
First, find a genuine wound.
The NEET crisis supplied it.
Then deepen the despair.
Make every angry reel look like a revolution.
Social media Pages multiplied.
Influencers amplified.
Bots created artificial applause.
Instagram supplied the fire.
By 20 July.
The screen had become a street.
2,800+ people with criminal records were placed.
Abusive placards were pushed to the front.
A dangerous idea had already been planted.
Come to Jantar Mantar.
Abuse power, create outrage, and go viral.
Then the hidden layers surfaced.
27th July.
Maharashtra Cyber Cell identified 429 handles and posts.
312 were on Instagram.
Around 140 used AI.
100 were linked overseas.
Fake crowds appeared.
Synthetic voices spoke.
Outrage outran facts.
Delhi Police began examining influencers.
Fake accounts entered the probe.
Bot amplification entered the probe.
Digital companies entered the probe.
But the darkest thread came from Bengal.
Around Jan 2026.
Investigators realised that Hamim Mondal was recruited.
His suspected handlers used Pakistani identities.
Uzair.
Rana.
Hamad.
Abid Jatt 333.
The instruction was chilling.
Buy police uniforms.
Reach Jantar Mantar.
Take a group.
Create trouble.
That was a kinetic trigger.
A disguised provocateur could shoot protesters.
The camera would capture the uniform.
Not the hand controlling it.
One death could ignite Delhi.
One clip could ignite India.
Then came 30 July.
Army Intelligence and Rajasthan Police struck Sri Ganganagar.
Nearly 1,000 metres of unauthorised Army-pattern cloth was seized.
On 31 July.
Mondal was arrested.
On 1 August.
Arpita Sarkar was arrested in Sahibganj.
The grievance may have been genuine.
But the amplification was not entirely organic.
Foreign accounts watched.
Algorithms pushed.
Suspected operatives allegedly prepared.
Counterfeit military fabric circulated.
It suggests a hybrid assault.
Digital forces create the crowd.
Local networks shape the anger.
Provocateurs seek the spark.
Foreign handlers wait for the fire.
Wars no longer always begin at the border.
Sometimes they begin inside a phone.
And end on the streets.
More information to follow.
These guys are def not a political party but at least coming out and exercising their constitutional right to protest. They look better than the opposition in India for sure. Some hope.

"Maa, aap mujhe yahan se le jao, please."

What will you do as a parent if your married daughter sends you such messages about harassment from her in-laws repeatedly every now and then? I'm sure all of you with daughters won't waste a second after receiving the first SOS message or call, and rescue her, but sadly, it doesn't happen so often in the offline world. Why?
These messages were sent by Twisha Sharma to her mother, a woman who allegedly died by suicide in Bhopal due to alleged harassment by her husband and in-laws. The girl was well-educated and from an accomplished family. Why didn't the parents act after the first call for help?
And mind you, I'm not blaming them for the outcome. The sole criminal responsibility for this alleged suicide lies only with the alleged harassers. I'm just pointing out the helpless social reality that many parents hesitate, delay, or keep hoping things will improve on their own, even families as well-educated and accomplished as Twisha's.
Just sad. High time parents realise that a divorced daughter is always better than a dead daughter.

I got the invite to the gala with the Prime Minister, but got stuck in traffic getting back to the venue after I changed into gala attire (changed out of my jeans).
Would have been honored to attend. But after 4h in traffic was equally honored to sit down to really excellent room service at 11 pm 😂
On my VIP armor front, I apparently did have a table seating for the @PMOIndia summit dinner!
However, the magical email that allows me in wasn't sent..🤷♂️
Too bad I missed catching up with Raj Reddy. I did instead have a lovely dinner with my friend and his family, so all's well!

Oh no! Apparently there are chinks in my VIP armor.. I didn't score an invite for the summit dinner with @PMOIndia 😭
No. It was on the back of Epstein Files and yes the AI summit isn’t particularly any epitome of how summits should be and that’s a different headline in itself.
Bill Gates pulled out of India's AI Impact Summit hours before his scheduled keynote address on February 19, dealing another blow to a flagship event already marred by organizational lapses, a robot bungle and delegate complaints over traffic disruptions reut.rs/4qDuerP
