Hey Fraud King 👑 We’re not waiting for them to vote. You’re not allowed to have any noncitizens on your voter rolls. “Period. Full stop.” It doesn’t matter if some haven’t voted in a prior election. Stop playing games. Work with us to quickly verify the names we provided and prevent noncitizens from diluting the votes of American citizens. If you’re so convinced we’re wrong, prove it. We can clear this up in days and give everyone confidence in the upcoming election. What are you afraid of?
Trump’s DOJ is so desperate to invent “widespread voter fraud,” it sent California counties lists of people who NEVER voted — and voters from the WRONG COUNTY. Absolute clown show!

It may seem counterintuitive, but fall, not spring, is often the ideal time to plant trees in Southern California. Cooler temperatures reduce stress on new plantings, while the soil is still warm enough to encourage root growth before winter dormancy. That head start on root establishment means trees are better prepared to handle next summer's heat, with less supplemental watering needed to get them through their first hot season. For properties planning tree replacements or additions, fall planting is worth factoring into the schedule. It’s a small timing decision that can pay off in long-term plant health. #TreeCare #LandscapeManagement #SouthernCalifornia #PlantHealth #StayGreen

A landscape partner can do good work and still create friction through surprise invoices, vague answers, recommendations that seem more about upselling than the property's actual needs. At Stay Green, we'd rather tell a property manager the truth, even when it's not the most profitable answer. That means honest recommendations, clear communication, and following through on what we say we'll do. It’s a simple standard, but it’s one that builds long-term relationships instead of one-off service calls. Transparency isn’t a differentiator we advertise loudly. It’s simply how we operate. #TheNaturalChoice #StayGreen #CommercialLandscaping #SouthernCalifornia #PropertyManagement

🚨 CALIFORNIA’S ELECTION STORY JUST CAUGHT FIRE — AND THIS GOES BACK TO ALEX PADILLA. Don’t make the mistake of thinking this is simply Newsom vs. Bill Essayli. Newsom is stepping into the fight now. @SenAlexPadilla helped build the system they are fighting over. Before Gavin Newsom defended California’s voter rolls, Padilla served as California Secretary of State. Under Padilla came the expansion and implementation of the election architecture I have spent months investigating: • VoteCal • Motor Voter • DMV voter-registration transfers • Vote Centers • Ballot drop boxes • Expanded vote-by-mail • The Voter’s Choice Act • The unanswered Riverside voter-registration problems • Documented DMV errors involving thousands of Californians I wrote this story BEFORE DOJ arrived with more than 20,000 names it says are likely noncitizens registered to vote in California. Now DOJ has sued California. This did not begin yesterday. 🚨 READ THE PAPER TRAIL: PART I — The 2020 Election Steal Was Built Before COVID Zuckerberg money, Alex Padilla’s election model, and the Sacramento County paper trail: joehoft.com/exclusive-2020-e… 🚨 PART II — Sacramento Had Election-System Warning Signs Before CTCL Money Arrived joehoft.com/2020-election-st… 🚨 PART III — After the Grant: The Alarm Sacramento and California Cannot Ignore joehoft.com/2020-election-st… 🚨 BECERRA AND PADILLA — THE 2016 ELECTION-SECURITY QUESTIONS Riverside. VoteCal. DMV failures. Change Request #14. What did California know, and what was done about it? joehoft.com/exclusive-califo… 🚨 CALIFORNIA’S VOTER-ROLL PROBLEM IS BIGGER THAN NONCITIZENS Published September 30 — before this lawsuit. I asked the question California still needs to answer: If California will not use the expanded federal SAVE system, what independent system is California using to verify citizenship? joehoft.com/exclusive-califo… And now, October 15, 2026: The United States Department of Justice has sued California after federal investigators said they identified more than 20,000 registered voters they believe are likely noncitizens. That allegation still has to be proven in court. But California can no longer dismiss the underlying verification question as hypothetical. Newsom may be standing at the podium today. BUT TO UNDERSTAND HOW CALIFORNIA GOT HERE, GO BACK TO ALEX PADILLA. Follow the documents. Follow the timeline. And ask the question I have been asking from the beginning: WHO VERIFIED THE VERIFIERS? — Christine Bish THE BISH REPORT @USAttyEssayli @CivilRights @XavierBecerra @SteveHiltonx @GavinNewsom @nickshirleyy @DrWeber4CA @AGRobBonta @C_3C_3 @ZavalaA @CAGOP @Milajoy @GuntherEagleman @nicksortor
🚨 WOW! Gov. Gavin Newsom has just been accused of violating FEDERAL LAW by letting noncitizens vote FA US ATTORNEY BILL ESSAYLI: "No, Governor. You are violating federal law by facilitating voting by noncitizens. I’ll refer you to 18 U.S.C. § 611. Look it up." 🤯 California has now been brought to court after they REFUSED to inspect thousands of ballots for alleged non-citizen voting He should resign!

Fall is one of the busiest times on a college campus. It’s a bustle of returning students, campus tours, events, and often some of the highest foot traffic of the year. Through it all, the landscape is doing a lot of quiet work, supporting walkability, safety, and the first impression prospective students and families form during a visit. That means landscape service has to work around class schedules, event calendars, and pedestrian-heavy pathways without disrupting daily campus life. Healthy turf, clear sightlines, and well-maintained walkways all contribute to a campus that feels cared for. Institutional pride shows up in the details, and campus grounds are one of the most visible. #HigherEducation #CampusLandscaping #UniversityGrounds #CommercialLandscaping #StayGreen

Most of the year, irrigation is about delivering enough water. As Southern California moves into fall and the potential for a wetter winter, the job shifts; it becomes just as much about knowing when your landscape doesn't need water. Controllers that were dialed in for summer heat can easily overwater once temperatures drop and rain becomes part of the equation. That means adjusted run times, a check for leaks or broken heads, and a system that's ready to respond to actual conditions rather than a fixed summer schedule. It's a small adjustment, but one that protects both your water budget and your landscape's health heading into winter. #WaterManagement #Irrigation #SustainableLandscaping #SouthernCalifornia #StayGreen

For residential communities, fall is a bit of a turning point. The landscape needs to be ready for wetter weather, and residents are about to spend more time outdoors as the holiday season approaches. Resident walking paths, common areas, and entrances all get more visible use. That combination makes this a good time for HOA boards to check in with their landscape partner. Are drains clear? Are walkways well-lit and free of trip hazards? Is seasonal color planned before the holidays arrive? A little coordination now can prevent a lot of resident complaints later and keep the community looking it's best when guests and family start showing up. #HOALandscaping #CommunityManagement #ResidentialCommunities #PropertyManagement #StayGreen

BREAKING: DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin blasts Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Gov. Kathy Hochul for condemning last night's ICE-involved shooting while he says they remained silent after an NYPD officer was stabbed by a pair of illegal immigrants with prior criminal histories "NYPD officers are some of the finest officers we have out there. Just last week, one was stabbed seven times by illegals. One that we had a detainer on that New York released. Both had extensive criminal backgrounds." "Did the mayor of New York say anything about that? Did the individuals that's in the streets demanding justice for this criminal that we picked up yesterday? Did anybody come out for the officer that was stabbed seven times by these criminals?" "Not a word was said. Not a word was said by the mayor. Not a word was said by the governor."

Fire Prevention Week is a good reminder that in Southern California, fire risk doesn't ease up once summer ends. Fall brings Santa Ana wind conditions, and dry vegetation combined with wind-driven embers can turn a small ignition into a fast-moving problem. For commercial properties, that means fall is the time to double-check the landscape's role in defensible space: dead material removed, plant spacing maintained, irrigation keeping vulnerable areas from drying out further, and debris cleared from around structures. It's a smaller task than spring brush clearance, but an important one. A little attention now can make a real difference if conditions turn. #FirePreventionWeek #WildfirePreparedness #DefensibleSpace #SouthernCalifornia #StayGreen

Karen Bass illegally destroyed her records pertaining to the biggest disaster in LA City history. Probably nothing.
LA Mayor Karen Bass cannot share her text messages from the time she was returning home from Africa during the fires. The reason: a city lawyer says she deleted them. Experts say that likely violates the city’s document retention policy. Full Story: lat.ms/4i5t1WS

After a long, dry stretch, it's easy to forget how much damage a few significant storms can do to a commercial property. Weakened trees, clogged drains, erosion, standing water could be problems that were invisible last month but surface fast once the rain starts. Forecasters are watching the potential for an El Niño winter in Southern California this year. Nobody can say exactly how wet it will be, but the smart move is the same either way: get ahead of it now, before tree crews and drainage contractors are booked solid. We put together a simple checklist covering the four areas worth checking before the first major storm such as trees, drainage, erosion control, and irrigation. Read the full article and get the El Niño Preparedness Checklist. staygreen.com/blog/2026/sept… #StayGreen #ElNino #StormPreparedness #CommercialLandscaping #SouthernCalifornia #WaterManagement

Elon Musk already fled with Tesla, SpaceX, In N Out, Oracle, Chevron, CBRE...you have to be vegetable level dumb to look at all the companies fleeing for Texas and say "eh, nobody's going anywhere!". Rohit married into money, so of course I'm not surprised he's economically illiterate, but this is insane. Look at the disaster that just happened in LA. They just jacked our sales tax over 10% because they pushed so many businesses and successful people out of LA, they have to make up that loss in tax revenue off the backs of poor and middle class people. Remember, it's easy to get hyped about income taxes, because poor people don't pay that at all...but they get disproportionately damaged by sales tax increases, which is always the inevitable result of these kinds of punitive taxes. I'm not rich. I don't care about billionaires getting taxed. But I know that it NEVER stops with them. It always ends up fucking us, because the people with means will leave. Of course, not all of them...but enough that these scammers in government like Rohit will invariably have to raise OUR taxes to make up for it. Don't forget...while Khanna likes to trivialize it by saying "oh it's just these 250 people with all the wealth", what he's not telling you is that these 250 people also supply 50% of the state's general fund. Literally half of all of California's public services are funded by this small group of uber-wealthy people that he's demonizing. So if a few of them leave...who's gonna pay for all the firefighters? What about CalTrans? Well...we know exactly what will happen...ANOTHER sales tax hike is on the ballot right now in LA to fund the LAFD that Karen Bass defunded. So YOU will be making up for it. And our gas is the highest in the country entirely because of the ever-increasing gas taxes...so yes, YOU will end up paying for all the damage that Rohit and all his commie minions will bring upon our economy by attacking the people who fund our public services. I don't care if you hate billionaires. They don't care either. They're enjoying their yachts. But you have to understand the financial situation we are in. Gavin Newsom and all the slime bags in Sacramento with their $120B trains to nowhere and $140M wildlife bridges to nowhere have been spending us into financial ruin. We are being looted with fraud. And those billionaires you hate are the only ones keeping the entire California economy from collapsing under the weight of all this atrocious governance. This one time punitive tax will help fund a tiny special interest group for one year. That's it. YOU will see absolutely zero benefit. Not even 1/3rd of 1% of California will get any money from this tax. It's something like 80K union employees will get a one time temporary stimulus. Then it's gone. But if just a few of these titan industrialists leave the state, like Elon did, and they take thousands of jobs and industry with them...that damage is PERMANENT. This is 100% an Atlas shrugged moment, and I will bet you my Airstream this will end up costing you and me even more...because it ALWAYS does. And the billionaires will be fine either way.

Buried in this bill Gavin signed is a big "fuck you" to the Palisades. We are suing LADWP for draining our reservoir (which was built for fire protection), and leaving us with dry hydrants. This bill now says LADWP doesn't have to provide water for firefighting AT ALL. And when their negligence leaves us with no water to fight fire, Gavin is prohibiting any accountability for the water utility for leaving people to die, precluding fire victims from recovering losses from a catastrophic wildfire. At EVERY turn, this scumbag finds ways to block fire victims from being made whole by incompetent, negligent, and corrupt bureaucrats and big utility providers when they routinely destroy entire towns.
NEW: @CAGovernor Gavin Newsom joined @CAL_FIRE firefighters to sign NEW LAWS to better protect Californians from future natural disasters by: 🔥 Speeding up fire mitigation projects 🏡 Making it easier to protect homes & communities 🧑‍🚒 Investing in new innovative tools to prevent & fight fires 💧 Strengthening water-system preparedness With these new laws, California will have more tools to protect communities, homes, infrastructure, ecosystems, and landscapes.

Ask a property manager what they actually want from a landscape partner, and "honest" usually comes up before "impressive." That means recommendations based on what a property actually needs, not what pads a service list. It means being told the truth when something isn't working, and hearing about a problem before it shows up as a surprise on an invoice. It means a team that's easy to reach and easier to work with. For more than five decades, that's been the standard we've held ourselves to across Southern and Central California — self-performing teams, straightforward communication, and relationships built to last longer than a single contract. Every one of these "free" government assistance programs is just a vehicle for money laundering. Politicians can't make $$ in the private sector, so they exploit taxpayer $$ instead. All the fraud arrests in CA should give this game away. Nothing is free.
Childcare in America should be free. The Free Childcare for America Act would make care free for millions of families, pay family or friends who provide care, ensure childcare workers earn a living wage, and provide $1,000/month for parents who stay home.

🚨 CALIFORNIA WANTS 16-YEAR-OLDS IN BOOSTER SEATS This is INSANE Starting January 1, 2027, kids ages 8 to 16 have to pass a “Five-Step Test” before they can ride without a booster. Fail any step and your 15-year-old — the one who can legally drive in some states — is back in a booster seat. 5 part test: 1. Sit all the way back. 2. Knees bent over the edge. 3. Belt across the chest just so. 4. Lap belt on the thighs. 5. Stay like that the whole trip. This is the state that already treats childhood like a liability. Now they’re writing height-and-posture tests into the vehicle code so a teenager who doesn’t sit “correctly” can get you a ticket. Gavin Newsom signed it. AB 435. They will tell you it’s “only if the belt doesn’t fit.” They always start there. Then the reminder goes out from the sheriff. Then the checkpoints. Then the fine. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

Highest gas prices (by far) of the 50 states. Highest utility rates of the 50 states. Highest housing costs of the 50 states. Highest taxes in the country. Losing Fortune 500 businesses faster than any other state. More people moving out of state to find cheaper costs of living than any other state. Gavin is delusional.
California is PROOF that you don't have to sacrifice your economic future to transition to clean energy. We’ve seen 40% GDP growth since 2019. A reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by double digits. No jurisdiction in America has grown faster than California. Let's disabuse ourselves of the idea that innovative progress gets in the way of economic growth and prosperity.
