So apparently it's not enough to close a site that safely manages hundreds of overdoses. It's not enough to sell out vulnerable people. You also HAVE to do it on August 31, the ONE DAY OF THE YEAR people around the world have to remember those we've lost. This is unacceptable.

Overdose death in #Hanna (pop. 2500) reported over the long weekend. Suspected fentanyl in what was assumed to be meth. We need #safesupply options, even in rural Alberta communities. People out here are afraid to seek help due to #stigma and there are few services available
