Shockingly the guy on the left had the better punch

Great to welcome @jakepaul to the Treasury Department today. Jake’s path from content creator to entrepreneur and professional boxer is a distinctly American story. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

C’mon Wizards, only the aesthetic was supposed to be from 1992 - not the internet speed too.

MeMe && MyMy FavoriteFavorite BinderBinder PagePage
Phil Nguyen@mtgbandingMay 22
have seen the "me and my fav binder page" trend taking over non-magic tcg twitter but it doesn't appear to have made it to the mtg community yet.. is that because we don't have as strong of collecting culture vs. playing?

To be clear for @wizards_magic on EW NA falling on Halloween: I won Vintage in 2024. I top 4’d Vintage in 2025. I would’ve loved to try to run it back in 2026, but because it’s on Halloween, I’m not gonna be a dad who skips trick or treating with his kids to go play Magic.

To be fair having Eternal Weekend on Halloween in those years was a shit idea then and it’s still a shit idea now but WOTC doesn’t plan on changing the date. Making terrible decisions in the past doesn’t mean we have to keep making them.

I love Nadu and all, but if I was paying college tuition, even community college tuition, and a professor brought him in to speak to our marketing class, I’m withdrawing from that school next day. No offense of course.

Someone played it at an event and when asked about it by the coverage team they said “it’s my friend”

Didn’t do as well as I had hoped, but very happy with both deck choices for NA EW. As always, the highlight of the weekend is seeing the amazing eternal community - but not unhappy with my other pickups either (lizard)

There are so many people behind the scenes working with @Card_Titan that make EW possible so I wanted to shout them out. Obviously first Nick Coss for leading it all along w his staff, @NickDetwiler for being an advocate. @anzidmtg Jeph and Richard for coverage. Thank you!

This card used to be considered so powerful in modern people built their whole decks around it

Now that the city of New York and Magic: The Gathering are crossing over it’s time to bring back this meme I made a few years ago.
