@BlizzardCSEU_EN Is it possible to get a support ticket looked at by a real human at any point? My 11 year old has had his Overwatch account banned for cheating which I can guarantee he hasn't been doing. I've asked for evidence that supports this ban, but so far we've..

...only received automated messages or messages brushing us off entirely, with the tickets permanently closed. The ticket in question is EU98105648. All I would like is either the account reinstated, or to be provided with proof of cheating so I can have this discussion with him.

Someone give me a shout when this @PlayOverwatch pickable passives crap is over - I hate it, and I don't want it forced on me - it makes playing support even worse for most heroes - you just get targeted, rolled, and then team wiped.

Another day, another insufferable amount of time spent trying to wrangle @getpantheon to do anything useful.

I love @PlayOverwatch but damn Mauga is broken. You should need a combination of multiple heroes to take one down - it's not fun paying against him at all

Singleflight Singleflight is a really interesting package that "provides a duplicate function call suppression mechanism." Why use singleflight? Consider an application that fetches data from an API or a database (i.e, pretty much any application in existence). If several requests trigger the same call, this might trigger multiple identical database or API calls. These redundant requests can strain your system, leading to wasted CPU cycles, memory, and bandwidth. By using singleflight, we can remove these duplicate calls really easily. Here's an example: In this example, even though we have 5 goroutines simultaneously requesting data for the same key, the fetchData function will only be called once due to the group.Do function from singleflight. Do you use singleflight? what for?

Absolutely devastating 😔
Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life Windham Rotunda - also known as Bray Wyatt - unexpectedly passed earlier today. Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time.

@DHLParcelUK I was told my package would be delivered between 1 and 2, and it turned up two hours early when no-one was available. I also requested a text message when I was the next delivery and nothing arrived. Is there any chance the driver could attempt redelivery today?

Being two hours early and not texting as promised isn't great. I wasn't far away, and would've been back had I had the message as requested.

Being two hours early and not notifying anyone isn't really acceptable.

@O2 I appreciate this is DPD and not strictly yourselves, but due to your investigation processes, DPD's loss of my parcel, and the fact I've agreed on two alternative delivery dates that have been missed you're now in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To be clear this is section 28 (delivery of goods). I need this rectified as soon as possible. I'm going into surgery on Wednesday, and I need a reliable way to contact my wife when I'm done.

The agreement entered into was between yourselves and myself. DPD don't enter into this. They've failed to deliver, and it's your responsibility to fulfil the order and then recoup anything needed from them - it's not my role as the consumer to have to deal with this.

Apparently, taxing billionaires is actually worse for the economy. If you don’t believe me, just ask a billionaire. They all agree.
