SEO Tools are great but they MUST provide actionable insights. One of my favorite things about @Google Trends is that you can see real time jumps in search interest. For example see the chart for "water" below. It peaks in July - good to know if you're targeting that term.

Multi-location businesses (retail stores, restaurants, banks, hotels) should be sure to use the "areaServed" property to define the geography for each business unit. This helps to avoid business units from different service areas from cannibalizing each other in the SERPs.
