Friend and former coworker Rodger Birchfield, 81, passed peacefully this past weekend. After The Indianapolis News closed in 1999 he worked as a photographer for IFD for 21 years. I took this “action” pic of Rodger at an Eastside fire on Dec. 3, 2013. @IFD_NEWS
