Terrible customer service at @americangolf_UK! Was the only customer in the store, openly looking for items, and was ignored by both the manager and staff member 👌
Major anxiety knowing that @Hermesparcels are "meant" to be delivering 2 more parcels this week, after consistently delivering to the wrong house, who take it upon themselves to open my parcels 🤬

@tescobankhelp so disappointed in this service. 7 weeks and heard nothing from your dispute team despite numerous emails telling me I'd hear from them within 6... Apparently case was escalated last week but still nothing. I get you're busy but an update would be nice 👀
@tescobankhelp other people have had their money refunded within a month or have had requests for additional info within a few weeks, but I've heard nothing. Hope it's not slipped through the net.
@Ryanair I requested a REFUND for my CANCELLED flight a month ago & have just received an email with a voucher. NOT what I requested! & no link to the cash refund queue on your link. Losing what little credibility you had left. Please can you point me in the direction for refund.

@DPDCustomerCare driver went to the wrong address. Number in the picture shows 3. Delivery address is 103. This is not good enough. I paid for next day delivery as i needed the parcel today, and was in! Robot on your chat and robot on your phone line. Not very useful at all! 😠
