I’ll forever be grateful we passed a $1.5M appropriation for the Jason Fossum Legislative Engagement Center at his beloved Winona State. He was speechless.
Jason was political right up to the end—making his way to heaven on the exact day early voting began. He knew there was work to do. ❤️
