ILT20 over both
On December 16th, India play an ODI against Sri Lanka. On that very day is also the IPL mini-auction. Keen to understand what cricket lovers are more clued into now. Hence, the question. What are you more likely to watch?

Don't have experience in South Africa either
South African pitches should help their pace attack. Most of their pacers have no experience playing in Asia, and it shows when their stock length stops working for them. May not be the case in South Africa.

Every time people try to write off or malign One Day International Cricket, it shows us time & time again as to how brilliant it is. Bring back these triangular ODI series on a regular basis with a calendar that has context & jeopardy to give us 3 great formats and support them

Sri Lanka were matched at 250.00 to beat England when they beat them the other day (0.004%). Today Pakistan were matched at 1000 (0.001%). This, in consecutive games. is unlikely to happen ever again, in any sport. Magnificent innings Shadab.

People called England favourites for the WC after their home summer but they have quite a few holes especially in their bowling Spin bowling on flat tracks with Rashid losing form and they don't have death bowlers outside Archer who hasn't hit his peak levels at the death

This Tri series has been a resounding success so far and feel there is more to come in terms of drama

When you run out of ideas for an article
The England-Sri Lanka ODI was a classic, but played for the smallest stake. @karachikhatmal ranks the most epic matches from outside the big-ticket events that had little riding on them, but delivered plenty to remember.

A very good India A side bowled out for 113 and a good bowling line-up being countered easily by New Zealand A. The very reason why home and away cricket is important and why you must learn to play on different surfaces rather than on the same, bland, heartless pitches we think are good for T20 cricket.

One of the best T20 games ever Had something for everyone if they played well and the finish was extraordinary
🇮🇳 & 🇵🇰 played a thriller at MCG, #OnThisDay in the 2022 T20WC Chasing 160, 🇮🇳 were 31-4 MoM @imVkohli's 82 changed the game ⬇️ When 28 were needed in 8, he hit a back-foot straight 6 & flicked the next ball for a 6 @ashwinravi99 hit the winning 4

He should bat up the order if he is playing. But I doubt he finds a regular place when Hasaranga returns outside Asia
Wellalage bowled a brilliant 2-56(10) spell in the Pindi Highway yesterday Turning out to be a good SLA in good surfaces too Too bad guy couldn't develop hitting prowess

Everyone has the same reaction whenever a team posts a monster total in ODIs. purists clutch their chests, "ODI is dying" posts come out and we all nod along. But look at what happened yesterday! Flattest pitch, best possible conditions for batting and getting to 400 in 50 overs is still hard. Teams have done it 35 times. In 2nd innings? only 4 times. And a successful chase of it? Yesterday was just the 3rd time in history. What gets me is who did it. No real contribution from Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Mendis, the two batters Sri Lanka lean on most. Be honest, none of this lineup would make your list of top 20 modern batters, maybe not even top 30. Yet they did what none of the big star names have managed for their own teams. the man who started it was Pavan Rathnayake. 24/2 after 4.2 overs against a target of 430, Kusal run out for a duck, Kamindu gone. Most 24 year olds would have taken a quiet look at scoreboard and prayed. He walked in at number 4 and added 166 with Avishka Fernando in 137 balls. His hundred came in 86 deliveries and he finished with 130 off 106. By the time he went, Shanaka and Liyanage had a chase that was alive and breathing. Look at where he comes from. Sprinter till age of 11, 100 metres, junior colours. Mahanama College captain in every age group, 14 school hundreds. At 17 he scored 164* from number 8, youngest Sri Lankan to a First Class century. In 2022, He set a national record for Sri Lankan domestic cricketers in 2km running fitness test, clocking a time of 6 minutes and 46 seconds. And once before an Under 19 match, his father passed away. He played anyway, with his father's body still at home. A boy who has done that does not panic at 24 for 2. Shanaka smashed 97 off 50 and Liyanage hit the winning six and rightly they got the cheers. But long before that, a former sprinter ran down a mountain.

Now we know what they will be watching on Christmas Day in Sri Lanka.
WOW. THE SECOND-HIGHEST CHASE IN ODI HISTORY! 🤯 Harry Brook’s 202 goes in vain as Rathanayake, Shanaka, Avishka and Liyanage power Sri Lanka to chase 430 against England in Rawalpindi!

What a day for Kusal Mendis: win the toss, bowl first, watch England make 429, run out for 0 (0), and end up totally vindicated as your team-mates chase the runs down
