The new server asked me to stay after close so I could show her how the espresso machine works.
I've been here three years. That machine has been broken for two of them.
She knew that.
Everybody clocks out. She's leaning on the bar. She says "so show me."
I go back there and start wiping down a machine that doesn't even turn on. She is not watching the machine.
