A 1973 LAPD intelligence document describing Bass as a leader within Vencer Amos, which was alleged to train revolutionary prone Americans in terrorist tactics” “On November 7th, 1983, around 10.58PM a bomb exploded in the capitol's North Wing. Luckily, the senators who were expected to have been working late into that night actually adjourned early as the proceedings went smoother than expected.
