Over the last 12 months we have engineered more than $500M of factory automation in America. Our engineering includes: robotics, physical intelligence, factory software, and power infrastructure. These are the factories that make our essential products, empower workforce, increase national security, and fight inflation. That $500M is working its way through board funding, equipment procurement, permitting, and software development. First deliveries of hardware are scheduled for Q4 this year ramping through the rest of next year. Then the fun really begins, we build it. Our plate is full and yet we’ve received $1B in new engineering requests over the summer for work starting in Q3 and ramping into next year. I will not turn away a qualified customer. If you are building a factory or renovating your existing factory with robotics - I will find a way to serve you. I will sleep when I’m dead. This is our time as a nation to reclaim our identity and our birthright. Gone is the malaise. Gone is the social media, SAAS and “financial engineering”. We are getting back to our roots and our strength. We grow things, we mine things, we refine things, and we MANUFACTURE things. Better than any country on planet earth 🌎 I believe @changrobotics has the most AI optimized engineering staff in America. That’s great, it’s helped us stretch our staff to do more without scaling headcount linearly. We’re on track to 2X headcount while 6X-ing the business this year. AI and automation have been critical for us to scale. But we know the humans do the mission critical work and that’s not changing anytime soon. I can’t deliver world class service to our next customers without continuing to grow the team. Here’s the challenge: I’m really picky. We only hire the best of the best. Chang Robotics is the Special Forces of engineering. Yes it’s hard to get in, but once your in the missions are world class, high risk, extremely difficult, and will force growth of you as a person and a professional. I want special operators. If you are an engineering ninja, if you are a project execution samurai, then I need to meet you.
