This is today in New York City the Bronx where an emaciated male pup who NYCACC has named Suzuki, was left on a pile of trash near the street, left to die in the City that never sleeps , the Capital of Strays and Emaciated Pups. Your city is a disgrace…a complete disregard for life…no decency or morals or ethics. Of course it’s not all citizens, but the ones doing this…this starving of man’s best friend when your Mayor has opened Pet Food Pantries in every Borough SHAME on you!
