🎓🛠️ CPS proudly celebrates this year’s graduating class of the @ChicagoBuilds Program!
These students have completed two years of rigorous, hands-on technical training in construction, welding, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry — equipping them with industry-recognized certifications and the skills needed to enter union apprenticeships, pursue advanced technical training, or transition directly into the workforce.

The City of Chicago Department of Buildings partnered with Chicago Builds to provide a 3-day experience for students, including presentations from the Commissioner and their department heads, and a trip to City Hall to meet the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and other city officials.
