On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, we celebrated the beginning of what will be Chicago Commons' fifth early education center. This 14,000-square-foot facility will serve over 100 children, from six weeks old through preschool. #LeClaireCourts

This week we broke ground at the former LeClaire Courts site in Garfield Ridge, which sat empty since 2011. Chicago Commons will open a new early education center that will serve over 100 children and create 30 to 40 living-wage jobs. bit.ly/4zxE8jw
