Having said that, the companies need to get better at "last mile" placement, reflecting commuters needs during AM and PM rush hours.

Finally, the city boundaries can get in the way for some workers. Think of someone who needs to get to a hotel or retail job in Rosemont. Having scooters at the Cumberland CTA stop would do wonders.

This is important when you are following behind slower bikers.
I was today years old when I found out you can scooter slowly by partially depressing the throttle switch. Previously it was full speed or nothing for me.
