Utkarsh, The first Reforms Agenda for RRBs, aims to make every RRB a growth engine for Viksit Bharat by widening rural credit, taking digital banking to the last mile and building stronger, customer-first institutions.

1. Digital Portal for Consortium Lending
2. Empanelment of Digital Co-Lending Solution Providers for PSBs
