The interesting thing about this phase of my life is that;
1. My calendar is unusually empty. I have never seen it this empty in the last 7+ years.
2. I don't hear Slack notifications again in my head.
3. My sleep is significantly better. My resting heart rate is improving too
This is one of those times when it pays to be a raging optimist. Because sometimes life go ragebait you. No flinch.
Not everybody is using the latest iPhone. Some people are using android.
