Crazy news, I knew I had Canadian ancestry and relatives in Ontario via Quebec but didn't realize how recent it was. I'm apparently eligible for citizenship through my grandfather's family. Maybe that's why I got into hockey so much.
Eh, going viral is like winning the lottery. Sometimes people end up in the right place at the right time. He didn't ask for money or to even be in this life-changing situation. A lot of people related to his frustration, so I wouldn't hold it against him.
Am I alone in thinking it’s obscene this guy is getting worldwide acclaim & has had life-changing $ raised for this reaction? The prank is annoying. The frustration is fair. The reaction is totally disproportionate nearly having a mental breakdown over a kid trying a dumb prank. Neither party looks good in this. Am I wrong?
