There aren’t enough words to describe how excited I am to serve as an Assistant Principal at @WalnutGroveHS next year!!
Truly thankful for @TothDustin and @ProsperISD! I am looking forward to seeing what our Wildcats can achieve next! Let’s go!!

Calling out TexAgs, the biggest group of Texas A&M fans, as a cesspool, man, this is a really bad move by Mike Elko. I’ve found TexAgs to be one of the fairest SEC team outlets in the business. This isn’t going to play well.
Excited to present at #GLOW2026 this November!
I’ll be discussing the unique challenges singleton and CTE teachers face in the PLT process and the supports needed to make collaboration meaningful.
Grateful for the opportunity to share and connect with other doctoral students!
Grateful to kick off the Assistant Principal Leadership Academy with @N2Learning yesterday!
Thankful for @ProsperISD continuing to invest in our growth as leaders. Excited for the sessions ahead and the opportunity to keep learning, growing, and better serving our campuses!

Great leaders leave a mark, exceptional ones return to carry it forward. 🎉 Last night, Prosper ISD celebrated Dr. Greg Bradley being named the Board's lone finalist for Superintendent of Schools.
Welcome home, Dr. Bradley!

🏆🐾 Last week, Walnut Grove HS was honored at its Homecoming Pep Rally for an incredible accomplishment: winning the 2025-26 Conference 5A UIL Lone Star Cup! The Wildcats earned 112 points, finishing first in 5A and winning the title in their third year of UIL competition.

Terry Bussey's unconventional journey: From a Texas star at a 2A high school to potentially an SEC cornerback, Bussey is now in a position to be an elite receiver. This fall is his shot at proving the hype. #CollegeFootball #TexasAM #Football #SEC
Grateful for our Rooe Team and Mrs. McClendon for leading today’s professional learning with our CTE department!
Their work on strengthening our data protocols and PLC process is helping us stay focused improving student learning through collaboration! #ProsperProud @prosperCTE

Winning the LSU game changes everything. @willblancaster thinks that the A&M trip to Death Valley could be the defining moment in the Texas A&M season for a second straight year. #CFB #CollegeGameDay #SEC #Football #LSU

What if it doesn’t work?
The goal of “what if?” isn’t to create fear. It’s to create preparation. Just make sure you’re preparing for the things you can control, not obsessing over the things you can’t.
And also ask…what if this goes better than I imagined?

Awesome advice!!
A few reminders for NEW SCHOOL LEADERS on Day 1:
1. You don’t have to know everything.
2. Stay connected to classrooms.
3. Hire great people and help them grow.
4. Take the work seriously, don’t take yourself too seriously.
Time to go to work!

@willblancaster and Mike Elko have two things in common. One, they're both extremely good-looking. Two, they both think preseason rankings and August buzz are a waste of everyone's time — and the numbers actually back them up.
