A guy went to pay lobola for his girlfriend. While he was waiting in the car for his uncles to finish the negotiations, a guy around his age approached him, holding two beers. After getting into the car, they started chatting. The guy asked: “I hear you’re here to pay lobola, my brother?” He replied, “Yes, my brother.” The guy then asked, “Did she tell you that she has a nqosi (a child)?” He replied, “Yes, she told me, and I even promised to love that child.” The guy said, “Ooooh!” as he lit a cigarette. “I am that child.” 😂😂😂
