Alfie, Chris, and Eddie brought a wealth of experience, wisdom, and vigour to our PC Party and our Caucus table over the years. They have fought for their communities in the Legislature for years, and I know they will do the same in Ottawa as Members of Parliament. #nspoli

Doctor recruitment is an important issue that needs to be treated with a sense of urgency. Just look at the recent closure of the walk-in clinic out in Lower Sackville. Why did it close? Because they couldn't recruit any new doctors! globalnews.ca/news/5351464/n… #nspoli

N.S. walk-in clinics struggle with doctor recruitment - Halifax | Globalnews.ca

"Lots of physicians don't want to do after-hours call, especially in a setting where the remuneration for after-hours work is less than what it would be for your office," said Dr. Cindy Marshall.

I was disappointed to see the NDP today join the Liberals in voting down the topic of doctor recruitment from appearing at the Public Accounts Committee. pcparty.ns.ca/liberals-and-n… #nspoli

Wow! Bay Ferries just announced a delay in starting the Yarmouth Ferry service until mid summer due to delays in construction of the Barr Harbour terminal we are paying for.

I’m disgusted by the @liberal_party & everyone else using such a heavy issue to score cheap political points. @AndrewScheer on countless occasions has reaffirmed what Conservatives (and Liberals🙃) already know - Our Party will not touch this issue.

Today we remember those who died on the job here in Nova Scotia. Last year, 40 Nova Scotians lost their lives at work due to workplace injuries or conditions. It's a devastating number. This day brings attention to the lives lost and the need to do better.

In #NovaScotia, we remember those we've lost to a workplace tragedy on the International #DayofMourning. Honour their memory by taking a moment to hear from their families and friends.

I stand by every single criticism I have made of Justin Trudeau’s behaviour in this scandal. If Trudeau intends to sue me, if he believes he has a case against me, he should get on with it. This is the letter my lawyers sent to Justin Trudeau today.
