$UNI: I am patiently waiting for $5.5, where I want to significantly increase my position. I already deployed 25% of my allocated capital at $7, and will deploy the other 75% at $5.5. The best entry from a risk/reward perspective would be at $4, but I doubt it'll get there.
I bought a starter position in $UNI for €2k. To me, UNI could be one of the most obvious winners of the tokenization wave as the leading DEX. I think the recent rally from $2.4 to $11 was the first leg in this bull market and it can see much higher prices in 2027/28.
A month ago, I bought the dip on Fraport (airport group) and Terna (electricity grid in Italy) for €12k each as additions to the physical infrastructure section of my portfolio. Their prices held up well so far, they are durable businesses I intend to hold for years.
After my recent research on airports, I decided to buy into Fraport 🇩🇪. I had already been watching the chart for an entry since the beginning of the year, and it finally came down to €60, which is a multi-year support/resistance zone.
The valuation is rather low because they invested a huge amount of money into airport expansion over the past few years and now have a lot of debt. However, this investment phase is now largely over, and they are looking to deleverage, which should become easier as their free cash flow increases significantly.
You can see the potential for a re-rating by looking at the numbers. The stock is trading at 1.08x book value and 1.24x sales, while many other airport stocks are trading at 3-4x book value and sales. The CEO also confirmed that they intend to raise the dividend substantially once they have paid down some of their debt. Potential multi-year hold for me.
$CHZ: Looking forward to the launch of US Fan Tokens! Remember, Chiliz and Socios plan to launch Fan Tokens for the five US universities Maryland, Penn State, LSU, Texas A&M, and Michigan State, with potentially more colleges joining later on.
Looking at distributed RWA value per platform, Securitize is currently leading with $4.3 billion. Ondo is second with $4.0 billion. Overall distributed asset value is at "just" $39 billion at the moment, up from $26 billion exactly a year ago.
$CHZ: Although I reached my long-term goal of 1 million CHZ, my bag is still growing through staking. At a current APR of ~15%, I'm earning around 420 CHZ a day. All-time, I've already received 224k CHZ in staking rewards since 2024.
$CHZ: My bag has grown by 6k CHZ over the last two weeks through staking rewards! I am currently staking 1.045 million CHZ at a 14-15% APR, earning about 420 CHZ a day. 🌶️
FC Bayern just sold an equity stake at a 3.7 billion EUR valuation as the number one football club in Germany. Interestingly, the stock of the number two club in Germany, Borussia Dortmund, is trading at just a 0.33 billion EUR valuation. I'm a BVB shareholder, seems undervalued.
$SECZ: My limit order at $8.5 was filled, I've bought another 800 shares of Securitize stock, now holding exactly 1,000 shares. I'm incredibly bullish on tokenization and have been waiting for this price level for weeks, now I'm in with a full position.
$SECZ: I bought a starter position in Securitize stock yesterday for €2k. This is one of the purest exposures you can get to the tokenization wave and I want to make it a long-term part of my portfolio. If we see prices move to $8, I will increase my position.

$OM is today's top gainer on Rocketfan. It is up 36% from yesterday's closing price, currently trading at $0.46. The FTO price was at $0.41.

$ETH: Still the same idea, short-term bounce over the next two weeks, then a retest of $2k, and then full moon going into 2027.
$ETH: I think this correction is coming to a stop short-term and we can see a bounce to $2.6k soon. My ultimate target for this correction remains $2k though, before we resume the bull market.

The price of $ITA Fan Token on Gate is still completely decoupled from its price on Paribu. While it is trading at $0.05 on Paribu, it is trading close to 200x higher on Gate at $9.90.

$ITA price on Gate has completely decoupled from other exchanges. It is currently trading almost 100x higher at 5.57 USD, than on Paribu at 0.057 USD. Only a small amount of investors hold ITA on Gate though, just 185k ITA are on the exchange.
