Well, that was a long old trek back to @WorkingtonTown for the @TheChallengeCup but we're finally back into the season!! Class performance by @Saints1890 but much respect to Workington for their part in the game, hope they got the 💷!

9 years ago to the day, @TOwolfpack played their first ever game.
I can safely say that the refusal to allow the Wolfpack to remain in Super League is one of the biggest mistakes in Rugby League history. And only those that went will understand why.
After a particularly testing week I needed to get away & do something. So I challenged myself to climb Snowden,as getting into the wild & the fresh air claims to clear your head.Lies.
It was shit. I ended up running up and then down just so I could get to the pub.
Can't even begin to state what this means to us @ the club.We have not been left to fight with one hand behind our back.Weve had both whilst been strapped to a chair & tipped over face first.
These lads and staff are amongst the finest, & I'm proud to stand behind every1 of them
You can't make a club sell its players,force them to play under an arbitrary cap then leave a decimated squad to have to play injured players - because if you don't, you forfeit a game,lose your place in SL & everyone at the club has their contracts torn up.#rugbyleaguesthewinner

I watched the NRL this morning - video ref takes 1 look for 3 secs and makes a decision. I watch SL tonight and while they check a 20m restart I've made a brew, fed the dog and power washed my patio and when I come back they're just taking the tap...
It's easy looking in from the outside and judging the actions of others based on incomplete facts. The last 4 months have been really tough mentally. The way the group have stuck together is a testament to their resilience & class. It's a privilege & an honour to work with them

@SneydMarc isn't one of them. He just drew with me which is some feat. @krisnan_inu however, freak. Not on camera but dropped a goal from 55m. Then NFL threw it back to where he kicked it from. 🤯
