German cult film magazine Neon Zombie just posted a wonderful video about the German premiere of our doc FINDING PLANET PORNO & the accompanying retrospective of Howard Ziehm's films at the @hoferfilmtage (English subs are available via the CC button)!

Finding Planet Sparschwein! The Hof Film Festival (@hoferfilmtage) is over, but the excitement continues. Viennese director Christoph Schwarz (@BleningerDaniel) of SPARSCHWEIN fame & myself are placing our fates into the hands of the railway gods and travelling back to Austria.
Meine Doku FINDING PLANET PORNO: THE WILD JOURNEY OF AMERICAN CINEMA’S FIRST OUTLAW feiert dort am Do., d. 24.10. um 19.45h seine Deutschlandpremiere.

Join me at the Lausanne Underground Film & Music Festival -- @luffestival -- in Lausanne, Switzerland, from October 16 to October 20!
I will be there presenting my documentary FINDING PLANET PORNO on October 18 at 6.30pm.

1/ I am heartbroken to report that cult filmmaker Howard Ziehm passed away last week. He was a daring pioneer, a unique voice, a completely unpretentious, generous man with a creative mind, a rebel with a disarming sense of humor – and a friend.
5/ Very sadly, Howard left us before I could tell him the (still inofficial) fantastic news about the upcoming two festival premieres of the documentary I directed about him and his life, FINDING PLANET PORNO.
