The neighborhood remains on military lockdown, but we were able to get in yesterday for 5 minutes with a police escort. This armored vehicle is among the many keeping us safe. Now back to evacuation, with hope that the fires (which are still raging) won’t cause further damage as the desert winds once again pick up. Wish us well!

In HCM, mismatch between ATP supply &demand oxidizes mitochondrial NADPH and increases ROS that trigger &sustain ventricular arrhythmias. Targeting mitochondria prevents VT/VF in HCM. Out on BioRx for now. @ISHR_ES @simon_sedej @IacopoOlivotto @dunjaaks @gabrieleschiat1 @DGK_org
