This #MeritShopMonday, we’re recapping a strong week at the ABC National Convention in Salt Lake City, where Gaylor Electric was recognized with multiple national awards, including top honors for safety excellence and award‑winning projects across the country.
That momentum carried through the National Craft Championships, where two Gaylor Electric craft professionals placed among the best in the nation.

2026 is off to a great start for #Nashville apprentice Olivia Branine. This week, Olivia won the Rising Star of the Year Award as part of National Women in Construction Week. She was also a medalist in the ABC Greater Tennessee Craft Competition in January. @gaylorelectric
We’re picking up where we left off in 2025 when we were named ABC’s National Contractor of the Year. @gaylorelectric is headed back to the ABC National Convention in March, this year in Salt Lake City. A talented group of our apprentices take center stage for the National Craft Championships, and we’re also proud to support the Construction Management Competition and the next generation of construction industry leaders. Come see us at our big, beautiful, blue Innovation Mobile Training Center on the convention floor! @ABCNational #ABCMeritShopProud
It was great welcoming a Purdue University professor and a group of graduate students to our Noblesville campus for a behind-the-scenes look at how we operate. From touring our Production Innovation Center to discussing how data analytics and business intelligence guide our decisions, it’s exciting to see the next generation excited about our industry. Proud of our partnership with Purdue and the future leaders they’re developing. @gaylorelectric @LifeAtPurdue
