Waiting for Young Voices 2019 to start. Rehearsal sounded amazing. Very excited children waiting to sing their hearts out. #Westerham
Some of Year 6 had a great time at the ‘Dare to Believe’ inclusive games event on Wednesday @Knoleacademy trying out table cricket, seated volleyball, polybat and more. Thank you

A little wet never dampens our spirits! Well done to the choir for a great effort at the Christmas Lights night in Westerham, despite the weather!
Great experience this morning for Redwood Class who were filmed and interviewed by the BBC about their project to write Christmas cards for elderly people who may be lonely within their local communities. bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0… #closetohand
Congratulations to the Churchill netball team, who have won two out of the past three matches, scoring 18:2 in one last week. A great start to the season! #westerham
We had a solemn end to our Act of Worship today, remembering the soldiers of the 1st World War, as well as those who have served their country since. The children showed our value of 'Respect' whilst holding a 2 minute silence and laying a wreath beneath our Remembrance display.
Fantastic to welcome 22 families to our Open Day last week; it was lovely to meet you all. Congratulations to our Junior Leaders who shared so eloquently what makes Churchill special for them. Our final Open Day is 21st November at 9.30am. Please call 01959 562197 to book.
A real pleasure to join Redwood Class for maths last week, look at how they are using concrete manipulatives to build a really strong understanding and see the children's great reasoning skills being put to good use.
Year 6 are having a wonderful time on their residential @pglwindmillhill. Lots of great examples of courage, teamwork, kindness and resilience today from the children. We are so proud of them - great advocates for Churchill!
A great afternoon with Zoolab really brought Lower School's topic to life. They were fascinated to learn that cockroaches predated the dinosaurs?
Great comments from the children today as they absorb all the new displays springing up around the school. The corridors are looking fresh and exciting after their makeover!
