But the Red Sanders in your Prelims syllabus is Pterocarpus santalinus. It's endemic to the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, mainly the Seshachalam hills. It's listed under CITES Appendix II, and IUCN rates it Near Threatened.
Same colour, same common name in places, but different species."
Rakt Chandan" is a loose local name used for both trees in different regions, so I framed it as a naming overlap

Soul-words in the Ṛg-Veda: 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘀 (seat of thought and emotion), 𝗔𝘀𝘂 (vital breath) and 𝗔̄𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗻 (breath, then self).
Ātman's journey:
vital breath → self of the world → self in man → supreme principle, whose knowledge makes one sinless and pure.
This is the bridge to the 𝗨𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶ṣ𝗮𝗱𝘀.
