#visitbexhill next time you’re in Bexhill come down to our shop window in Western Road. We are displaying #bexhill100 motor club legend Ernie Eldridge’s model of the Polegrove show!

Awards aren't the solution to finding new readers for poetry. Instead, the genre might well consider how to open up beyond its bubble. Once poetry establishes a broader niche for itself among the general public, awards will come of their own accord...

I've designed a #Bexhill wards map for the @bexhilltc to go in their new pop-in office in Western Road. Most of it using @openstreetmap data. Fantastic to see it full size on the wall!

I've just added a tour of filming locations around #Bexhill. Interesting to see how directors changed places to fit the scene, and you can also find links to watch some of the more historical films. bexhill-osm.org.uk/?T=tour&M…

I wouldn’t wish my last few weeks on anyone, but if you do find yourself in my shoes, more than anything you’ll want to know that those nurses are OK. That they have decent pay and conditions, and are able to get decent rest without needing extra shifts just to make ends meet
