Congratulations to 2027 RHP Davis Champion (@DavisChampion44) on his commitment to Clarion University (@ClarionBaseball)! Davis is an impressive RHP who consistently attacks the zone and competes with a quality three pitch mix. His fastball works into the mid 80s and plays well off a sharp breaking ball that can generate swings and misses. His changeup is a great offering for him, showing good feel and depth that gives hitters another difficult look. Davis combines his arsenal with strong pitchability that will allow him to have success at the next level. Clarion is adding a talented arm with a strong work ethic and strong upside. We are excited to follow Davis as he begins the next chapter of his baseball career. Congratulations, Davis, and best of luck at Clarion!
