Sorry everyone... We're announcing a 0-Day vuln in QUIC that allows anyone to remotely turn off a server running these libraries. I swear we didn't plan this.

New all-time high
Kuru just did over $360M in 24h volume, putting us in the top 5 DEXs by 24h volume

Almost feels like crypto spot volumes have resurrected and our numbers at @KuruExchange have been growing steadily.
Some Stats:
1. We are the 17th largest DEX by daily volume(hit an ATH of 8th sometime this week)
2. We are the 17th largest DEX by weekly volume
3. We are the 20th largest DEX by 30d volume
The universe of liquid tradable assets on Kuru is low but this will change soon and you will be able to trade a wide variety of assets on Kuru.
From a tech perspective, although it might seem like we have not shipped new features in a while, we are working on a number of things - revamped contracts, special order types, TP/SL, TWAP, a new account structure, gas-less transactions using session signers and a completely new trading interface. All these features will be dropped on testnet in the coming weeks.
Building in the bear market has been extremely fulfilling as we have been able to focus all our efforts without distractions. Haven't been more excited about the future.

every ticket resale marketplace has the same rot at its core: anyone can list a ticket they don't own. even viagogo, a multi-billion dollar company lets fake listings go live and deals with the fallout after your money is gone.
we built the first marketplace where a fake listing is impossible to create.
every ticket is cryptographically verified against the seller's original booking before it goes live. every seller has a locked security deposit at stake. nobody gets paid until the event actually happens.
20 lacs+ worth of tickets moved since launch. zero fakes, zero markup. here's how it works 🧵

re: banning open models debate I want to share a small story from the past (early 2023)
back in the day when we had an earthquake in Turkey we needed to classify named entities and sentiment on twitter posts to locate survivors and help them
this meant we needed to process a lot of information. many people wanted to use gpt-3.5 but it was costly at scale, so while we were labelling a dataset we reached out and we heard back from them days after. in the meantime we trained BERT and RoBERTa and @huggingface let us use the inference API for free and it worked well
many people don't understand the annoyance around vendor lock-in because AI systems are getting increasingly critical, above case is a good example as well as the recent incident we had, you don't want to lose time. you could say BERT doesn't carry any dangers, but we were gaslit into GPT-2 was dangerous narrative when it spit absolute gibberish. as models get more advanced, the paradigm and security also gets advanced. we'll get there
btw I'm absolutely for closed models, I love using them, I'm just hands down irritated around any argument on banning open ones. like how dare you take my right to multiply matrices away, might as well ban CUDA lol

The remote feature in Codex is lowkey life changing. Now, instead of waking up and doomscrolling Twitter, I just open Codex, spin a couple threads and let da goat cook.
Installed the iOS 27 Public Beta a few days ago.
I genuinely think the new Shortcuts app is one of the most underrated features in this release.
If you’ve ever tried building Shortcuts before, you know how annoying it used to be.
Now you can just describe what you want in natural language. This is awesome.
Here are some of the shortcuts I’ve built since installing the beta:
I didn’t build all of this using just Shortcuts.
I mostly described exactly what I wanted to ChatGPT Voice.
It generated detailed prompts explaining how to build each shortcut, and I pasted those into the new Shortcuts app.
That workflow works surprisingly well.
