Good luck to our Cross Country team this morning at the state meet in Columbia! Proud of these young ladies and the way they represent our school.
I believe.
The CHS Band crushed it at Ozarko today and last night’s choir showcase was awesome. Proud of all of the hard work that our students put in to the things they are passionate about!
A National Award?! 😳 Wow. I’m blessed to be part of such a great school and community. Knowing this started with a group of students/staff believing I was worth nominating is humbling. I’ll cherish this and do my best to meet the high expectations. m.facebook.com/story.php?sto…
Thanks for the memories, class of 2023. You will be missed and I hope you’re proud to call yourselves Bluejays. It’s been an honor seeing you grow these past 4 years.
I appreciate the redecorated office and alarm clocks hidden throughout the building! 🤣 Well played.

A trip to the capital on Wed with my better half was a day I’ll always remember. Bonus: the support of 2 awesome students and our talented theatre teacher.
Proud to represent @CleverJays and accept this award on behalf of the students and teachers who make me better every day.
They were simply doing their jobs - now they aren’t going home to their families tonight. Thank God they are alive. This sort of event is on every educator’s mind, daily. We train for it. We know what to look for. We will never be ready for it. I pray we don’t become numb to it.
Yeah, there are other stories today, but the one for me and so many: This morning, two administrators at East High School in Denver, CO kept a student with a gun and the intent to use it from harming classmates. During the pat down at entry, the student shot two administrators ('critical condition, undergoing surgery), but the student body in the building is safe tonight. Hold these two courageous educators close to your heart and fully in mind tonight and the weeks ahead. Heck, do the same for all our profession...
What an awesome and humbling experience in KC this week.
In my opinion, there isn’t a more empathetic and inclusive group in a school than those found in the theatre department.
I’ll do my very best to honor the students and educators this recgonition represents.
Success is not just about achieving your goals, it's about enjoying the journey. If you can love the process more than the outcome you'll find that failure doesn't sting as much.
Congratulations to our marching band and color guard on a fantastic showing today at Ozarko. Proud of their hard work and the commitment of everyone involved in the program!
