The past 48hr issues have been caused by a migration to new servers, forced upon us.
Once moved we found our new servers used different database structures, and for the past 48hrs we have been attempting to adapt our databases to fit with these new structures.
Today we learn that our New SERVER IP had previously been used by a different website 🤔, and that website was still directing It's traffic to our, NEW TO US server IP , this caused our server to overload and has caused the connection issues everyone has been having.
We have been working on trying to fix the issues caused by the server change on Sunday, we will not be answering emails, support tickets, dm's or Twitter posts whilst we work our way through the problems.
Our servers will be getting an upgrade Sunday 2nd June at 9am, this will result in some downtime (Approx 3hr) whilst our new server IP's DNS propagates.
As always DO NOT re-install as you will be restricted by default. No support tickets/emails will be answered during this time
